The PARASITE

The Parasite is a second year University project involving the creation of environmental assets and assembling them into a fully usable environment. This project was created during my early learning phases using Autodesk Maya and Unity. This project assisted in developing UV unwrapping skills while improving my navigation and familiarity of the Unity engine. 

This environment is located in a meteor crater that has been mined by humankind. A conflict arose as the miners released a parasitic seed within the meteor that is beginning to take over the surrounding forest and soon, the world. This environment was inspired by a reverse engineered  version of Avatars Eywa, which is the guiding force and deity of Pandora.

This environment is created using low poly assets and aims to achieve a mysteries feel through symbolism.
